Flooring quantities organized by room and finish
A flooring bid needs more than a total floor area. Sigma Build follows the room finishes and included scope so you can separate products, inspect room boundaries and plan the quantities you need to order.
What your takeoff includes
- Included floor areas grouped by room and flooring material.
- Transitions and scotia where the project scope calls for them.
- Order quantities using your waste allowance and supplied pack coverage.
Drawings to send
Send floor plans and the floor-finish schedule. Include product specifications and notes identifying rooms or areas excluded from your scope.

Common questions
Can different rooms use different materials?
Yes. Room-level finishes and quantity adjustments let you keep timber, carpet and other flooring scopes separate.
How are pack quantities calculated?
Order quantities include your waste allowance. Pack counts require a supplied coverage per pack; without it, the order remains an area rather than an invented pack count.
